In memoriam (1961-2023)

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, with number 45.828. He holds a Licentiate Degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master's Degree in Fundamental Rights from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a PhD in Law from the same university, obtaining the highest qualification. He has extensive experience in the public and teaching fields, having been recognised as a corresponding academic of the Real Academia de Jurisprudencia y Legislación de España (Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Spain). As a complement to his main activity, he collaborates with different national and international legal research groups and publishing houses.

Registered as a practising lawyer with the Bar Association of Alcalá de Henares, with number 4938. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the Universidad Europea de Madrid, a Master's Degree in Law of Regulated Sectors from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and an Expert Diploma in Competition Law from the same academic institution. He has experience in the public sector, both at regional and national level, and also in the private sector, in Madrid and Brussels. He currently combines his professional practice as a PhD researcher on regulation and competition.
