Law graduate and holder of a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession, with a specialization in Administrative Law. He also holds complementary legal training with a Master’s Degree in Law of Regulated Sectors and a Diploma in Competition Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where he is currently pursuing his PhD in EU Administrative Law.

Javier combines his professional practice with university teaching in the areas of Administrative Litigation, Law of Regulated Sectors, and European Union Law.

He is building a solid career in both the public and private sectors, with experience at regional, national, and European levels. Since being admitted to the bar in 2020, he has participated in over six hundred cases, covering both advisory and litigation work.
